Snowy Deck of Cards

Date 1/07/2022 – Snow, cold, dark. 2 Pax made it out in the snow to complete a deck of cards.

Deck of Cards: For Clubs and Hearts we added 10 to all the number cards. Face cards were worth 10 and Aces were laps around the parkinglot.

• Hearts – SSH • Diamonds – squats • Clubs – Curls with sandbags • Spades – LBCs

After we finished the deck – 1 mosey lap. Then 5 rounds of 5 OH presses and 5 Tricep extensions.
