The Prescription was B.O.M.B.S as individuals. Run up the Hill com back down do 5 burpees. Repeat then do 10 overhead claps. Repeat the run then do 15 merkins. Run the hill and do 20 BBSUs. Run hill then do 25 squats. Rinse and repeat.
