THE THANG

15 min AMRAP– 10 pullups, jog to last light post in back parking lot then 10 burpees

MARY

another 5 min ab routine as above. then circled up and held al gore while each person does 1 burpee around the circle (2 rounds) then held plank position while each person did 3 americans around the circle (2 rounds) then 10 americans in cadence to end the workout.
