The Ten Man

22 Pax came out this morning to put in some work at Iron Horse.  The temperature was around 69 degrees and the humidity fluctuated between 999 and 1000%.

The warm-up consisted of 18(ish) IC SSHs, 10 IC TTT, 10 IC Imperial Walkers, 10 IC Little Baby Arm Circles (Front and Back) and Stair Lap

THE THANG

The workout was taken from Men’s Health.  It didn’t really have a name, but I called it the Ten Man.  It consisted of 10 exercises, 10 Reps of each exercise for 10 Rounds.  The exercises included Merkins, Squats, Sit-ups, Pickle Pushers, Decline Merkins, Heels to Heaven, Supermans, Diamond Merkins, High Knees and Flutter Kicks.  Thrown into the mix were stair laps to be completed after rounds 3, 7 and 10.  The main goal was to complete the 10 full rounds.  If completed, 1000 reps would have been performed.
