THE THANG

YHC had a simple R&R routine lined up, mainly because that’s about all my brain and lungs could have withstood coming off my recovery.  Pax line up at first light pole and complete 10 merkins, 10 curls, 15 squats, and 15 H2H. Then run to end and come back to pick up coupon before advancing to the next light pole.  R&R to the end and back.  Round 2 consisted of 15 swings and 15 Freddy Mercury’s to the end and back.  We did not have enough time to complete.
