Saturday, April 27, 2019

• 56 degrees, 8 PAX, beautiful weather for a friendly Ultimate Frisbee game at the end of the Q. No scrapes or bruises from falls on the parking lot was a plus.

THE THANG

Everything about today’s Q is designed to stretch the joints and muscles in our legs so we don’t pull anything during Ultimate Frisbee. • Throw  Frisbee to your partner. If anyone at the AO misses, everyone exercises. Each miss – one exercise. Repetitions increase each round. (I thought we might only get through Round 3. Sadly mistaken as that Frisbee hitting the pavement sound echoed too often to believe) • Round 1: 5-Plank Jacks, 5-Merkins, 5-ON YOUR SIX Toe Touches, 5-Squats • Round 2: 10-Plank Jacks, 10-Merkins, 10-ON YOUR SIX Toe Touches, 10-Squats • Round 3: 15-Plank Jacks, 15-Merkins, 15-ON YOUR SIX Toe Touches, 15-Squats • Round 4: 20-Plank Jacks, 20-Merkins, 20-ON YOUR SIX Toe Touches, 20-Squats • Round 5: 25-Plank Jacks, 25-Merkins, 25-ON YOUR SIX Toe Touches, 25-Squat

Ultimate Frisbee Rules: Losing team retreats back to the opposite end of the field doing one of the following: either skips, hops, or grapevines/karyokes. Play until 6:15

MOLESKIN

We need to play more often so coordination gets better. It was a good workout and definitely fun. Thanks for the men who came out to make it a memorable start to the day.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

It was decided that we have six PAX who are committed to making this AO a permanent NETN F3 fixture. More decisions to follow.
