13 energized PAX arrived at AH for Matlock’s first Q in about 5 months – too long.

THE THANG

• Split into 2 lines and do an Indian Run – Long Way to Playground. • Partner up: 1 partner do pullups while other partner started with Big Boy Situps.  After 10 pull-ups, switch.  When partners cumulatively reached 20 pull-ups, move to Merkins; 40 pull-ups, Squats; 60 pull-ups, Plank Jacks.  After 80 cumulative pull-ups, partners run to 4th light pole and back.  QIC’s plan did not work out too well, but PAX was understanding – well some of them. • Bear crawled between light poles, and at each light pole did 5 Burpees. • Mosey back to flag. • Mary
