Three regulars and one 2.0 rolled up to the Underground with no real plan so we decided to wing it and do something to break a sweat on a beautiful Monday morning.

THE THANG
Pretty simple setup- Run laps around the track stopping to perform an exercise at four different spots. Lap 1= 10 reps, Lap 2= 9 reps all the way down to Lap 10= 1 rep each.
Dips at home side bleachers, squats at scoreboard, merkins at visitor bleachers, LBCs at locker rooms
