The Thang

Mosey to the parking area adjacent to the Farmers’ Market.  There, you will see rows of lines representing parking spaces.  It was determined that there were 25 such lines.

The PAX split up to avoid congestion.  1/2 started on the near end and 1/2 started on the far end.

At each parking space line, perform 5 burpees.  125 burpees total.

The PAX had hoped we were only going halfway (when we met in the middle), but that was not the case.

On the return trip, the PAX began performing 10 Merkins at each line.

After the Murph that was completed yesterday, our fearless QIC made a quick executive decision to skip Merkins and jump straight to squats.  YHC had no problems with this, as I believe most of the PAX (YHC included) still were pretty smoked from the aforementioned Murph.

So…

At each parking space line, perform 15 squats.  375 squats total.

On the final return trip, perform 20 Little “Josh Gibbons” Crunches at each parking space line.  This ran us up to time.

Announcements

Crampon is hosting a taco night tonight for those interested.

Keep the GOMR team in your prayers, as we leave Thursday evening.

Don’t forget about the June 10th Convergence.  YHC will be petitioning to have the burpees completed today count toward the 200 burpee penalty for absence that weekend.

Moleskin

Strong work by all the PAX today, especially after yesterday’s Murph.  Mumblechatter was very light today.  There was significant fartsacking noted.

YHC got the idea for today’s post from a morning with F3 Bomb Squad in Myrtle Beach, SC, where he got to post twice last week.  Thanks Bomb Squad!  This post was harder than it looked on paper, but we are all better men for it.  It is such a blessing to spend time with such a strong group of PAX and continue to improve ourselves daily.
