15 Pax gathered for a recycled Pythagoras ladder beatdown, 64 degree February morning

Warm -ups started with 19 LBAC forward, 18 LBAC reverse, 20 Hillbilly walkers, 18 Imperial walkers. We had a burpee train try to interupt our imperial walkers, but were able to complete them with some AYG cadence.. We continued the warm-ups with 99 LBC’s, We had a guest “Q” show up and try to overthrow the QIC.. Not sure where he came from,Rite-Aid may have had something to do with it….
THE THANG
We moseyed to the farmers market to break into groups of “2”. The directions given were to partner with someone you really didn’t know much about. Using a recycled workout from Pythagoras from January30, the pax started the climb up the ladder while engaging each other with questions prompts to be able to get to know each other better.. Each time up the ladder, each pax had to return to the starting point before proceeding further..
First step- 5 Burpees, broadjump to next step,, Where were you born/grow up, Family members??
2nd step- 10 Merkins, bearcrawl to next step, What is your favorite family vacation?
3rd step- 15 Jump Lunges, Crab walk to next step, discuss previous questions?
4th step-20 Dry docks, lunge to next step,, discuss previous questions?
5th step-25 LBC, Crawls bears to next step,, What would you change about yourself if you could?
6th step- 30 Squats,, Single leg hops to next step,, Do you attend church anywhere?
7th step- 35 Shoulder pretzels, Grapevine left to next step,, Who is your hero and why?
8th step-40 heels to heaven,, Grapevine right to next step,, What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play?
9th and final step- 45 SST(IC) Not sure who made it here,, Question was If you could share a meal with any 4 individuals, living or dead, who would they be?

Really enjoyed my time with the PAX today,, and really enjoyed my discussions with partner(Brownie)…Time ran over(sorry, lost track). My warmup numbers were in honor of Reverend Billy Graham’s birth, death year and number of years on earth,, what an example of dicsipline and dedication to God. 1918-2018=99years
