4 Stations – 5 exercises at each station. Do each exercise for 1 minute, then get one minute break to transition to the next station. Also, Pax were instructed to memorize the quotes at each station, as there would be a penalty for not knowing them at the end.

After we cycled through 5 stations (did the first one twice) We circled back up to give the Pax an opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned… the penalty was 5 Man Makers for each wrong answer… we ended up doing 20 Man Makers total.
