A knock-down, drag-out between block vs. no-block. PAX completed a block exercise, then ducked and weaved one at a time under a tight line to a second area, where a non-block exercise was completed until his turn to duck and weave back to the blocks to start another round of exercises.

With 18 PAX and 2 lines, each exercise was performed for just under 4 minutes each!

Partners traded between a bear crawl block drag for one partner, and 10 Merkins and farmer carry to catch up. Once the second partner caught up with the first, they switched positions. Blocks were moved back across the field this way.

I watched the movie Rocky Balboa last weekend, and at one point, he said something really profound. He said:
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
Sometimes it’s not about trying not to get knocked down, but about if we get up that matters.
