THE THANG
A circuit workout that consists of the following
- Parking Lot Bearpees – start off with burpee(s) and bear crawl the length of the parking lot while stopping at each cone to do burpee(s). Do burpee(s) at the end of the parking lot
- Station 1 – Mosey to the sign – squats
- Station 2 – Mosey to the light (Run to the light, Carol Anne) – plank jacks
- Station 3 – Mosey to the flagpole – dips
- Rinse and Repeat following the following pattern:
- 1 burpee/10 at each station
- 2 burpees/20 at each station
- 3 burpees/30 at each station
- 4 burpees/40 at each station
- 5 burpees/50 at each station
