THE THANG…1
Tire Race – 2 teams, 2 tires, relay style. 1 pax per team flips the tire, runs back, once he gets back the next pax runs to go flip tire, runs back. then the next pax and so on. each time a pax gets back he does 10 merkins then planks till his turn to run and flip tire. first team that makes it to the finish line (50 yards) wins. losers to 20 burpies. winners do 19 burpies.
did this twice. 2nd time around the pax does 5x 4ct mountain climbers then planks till his turn on the relay.
THE THANG…2
Team Sprints. for each sprint, the pax accelerates to the cone (midway) then decelerates slowly on to the other end, as not to pull these precious hammies.
