Due to the nature of the workout, the warm-up was quite simple

THE THANG
This was a carido intense workout called F350. It was meant to push each PAX to their limit. The goal was to do as many rounds as possible of the below reps, which totals 350 reps per round.
- 100 X SSH
- 100 X Squats
- 100 X LBCs
- 25 X Merkins
- 25 X Burpees
- Run to the top of the parking lot and back
- Rinse and Repeat for as many rounds as possible

There was no Mary. We worked up to time, so PAX could finish their rounds
