9 PAX were given the opportunity to make themselves better on this seriously beautiful 61 degree early Sept morning. All of them showed up to complete a simple deck of cards workout, but they were all deceived.

- Face Cards= 5 burpees
- A’s= Bridge lap (except one A that equaled 10 burpees)
10 reps added to every numbered card. So a 3 of diamonds = 13 squats. Ain’t gonna lie, this was a strenuous choice.
