3 PAX gathered on a beautiful 52 degree morning for 1 hour. No one had picked up the Q so YHC recycled the 100 rep tour with one slight modification at Girls Inc. Not sure if new twist was a great idea, but the goal was simple – to leave stronger and better than when we arrived.

The Thang
The 100 rep tour is a run around downtown JC with frequent stops to complete 25 reps of each exercise for a total of 100 reps. Al Gore for the six.

Started at Founder’s Park with stops at Amphitheater, Main Street, and Munsey. The new twist was an Indian Run up to Girls Inc. The return trip included stops at the Library, Kings Common and back to the Amphitheater. Total of 600 reps and little over 2 miles.
The finisher was 4 rounds of Burpee Dans in the parking lot at Founder’s Park. PAX lined up on 1 side of the parking lot and performed 1 Burpee: 4 lunges until reaching the other side. Turn around, perform 2 Burpees: 4 lunges back to starting spot. Increase by 1 Burpee each time. Rinse and repeat until 4 Burpees: 4 lunges back to starting spot.
