18 pax, representing three regional AOs, climbed Ranger Hill this morning to rack up some miles for No Excuses November. The weather was perfect for a little running and a few stops for work along the way.

A quick review of the modified Ranger Mile course around the Science Hill/Liberty Bell complex from YHC was all the warm-up we needed.
THE THANG
Pretty simple: 3 loops around the route with stops at 10 stations for a total of 30 obstacles helped pax post more than enough for an early morning 5K.
- Station One: 10 curls (all 3 rounds)
- Station Two: 10 dips (all 3 rounds)
- Station Three: 10 body rows (all 3 rounds)
- Station Four: 10 LBCs, 10 V-Ups, 10 American Hammers
- Station Five: 10 Low Squats, 10 Air Presses, 10 SSH
- Station Six: 10 Merkins, 10 Decline Merkins, 10 Incline Merkins
- Station Seven: 10 Freddy Mercurys, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Bobby Hurleys
- Station Eight: 10 Monkey Humpers, 10 Squat Jumps, 10 Calf Raises
- Station Nine: 10 Shoulder Taps, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Flutter Kicks
- Station Ten: 10 V-Ups, 10 Heels to Heaven, 10 BBSU

V-ups from Iron Horse, Flutter Kicks from Wilderness Road, and Heels to Heaven from the Range brought us home.

Remember the importance of gathering as regional pax and taking advantage of the shoulder time with fellow fax when running miles during November. You can make a choice to add to the miles for stay in the fart sack. A lot of miles were logged this morning by pax who made the choice to “do work” as we say at the Range. Wilbur, our Nantan, also encouraged pax to reach out to guys we haven’t seen in a while and encourage them to come back out.
