Northeast Tennessee Iron Horse (Founders Park)

12 men put feet to the floor and braved 40 degrees as East TN takes a step towards Fall.

COP
Even after all these years, leading instructions and cadence is a challenge to this Q.  But, nothing is irrecoverable and after some chaos the IronHorse settled into a groove.
THE THANG
Making use of the field, groups were divided into teams of 3.  While one PAX on one side did 10 burpees and squats until relived by PAX two, who could either run a park lap or bear crawl across the field.  Taking a moment to relish just how cold one’s hands can get in wet grass at 40 degrees.  Ahhh, Fall!!  The third PAX on the other side of the field will do 10 BBSU’s and SSH’s until relived.  Rotate and repeat.

Racoon crawl on the wall running along side the creek.  Two made it without stopping.

MARY
Flutter kicks and I hate Doc-och’s finished the morning.
