THE THANG
Broke into 2 groups, stuck with our group as we worked through some AMRAP cycles. 1:20 exercising then :20 rest, then to next station. First cycle through we did the first exercise at each station; then the 2nd exercise at each on the 2nd cycle; etc.
- Station 1: Wall Sits, Planks, Al Gore, Prisoner Get-ups
- Station 2: Curls, Thrusters, Skull Crushers, Blockees
- Station 3: Pattycake Merkins, Shuttle Run Sprints, Apollo Ohnos, Jump Rope
- Station 4: American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, Reverse Crunches
