YHC recently rewatched Pulp Fiction after about a decade and became inspired by a couple of scenes and decided to turn them into some exercises

“Fox Force Five.” Fox, as in we’re a bunch of foxy chicks. Force, as in we’re a force to be reckoned with. Five, as in there’s one…two …three…four…five of us. There was a blonde one, Sommerset O’Neal from that show “Baton Rouge, she was the leader. A Japanese one, a black one, a French one and a brunette one, me. We all had special skills. Sommerset had a photographic memory, the Japanese fox was a kung fu master, the black girl was a demolition expert, the French fox’ specialty was sex…

So pax moseyed to playground for a set of 5 exercises…20 pickle pounders (for the French Fox), 20 dying cockroaches, 20 step ups each leg, octomerkins (and Gutterball wasn’t even there and they’re his baby), 10 pull-ups. Afterwards pax mosey to bottom of hill to take on the Gimp…In this instance the Gimp  consisted of running up the hill to perform 3, then 2, then 1 burpees.
