YHC watched a video about breaking things down and “eating the elephant 1 bite at a time”. We took a tour to the Crossroads Church and did 5 merkins on every step on the way up!
- 60 merkins (5 each step)
- Dips x20
- 60 merkins up the next set of steps
- 30 squats at the top (weighted – with sandbad, block or your body)
- 50 LBC
- 25 Pretzel Crunches Left then Right (25 each side)
- Repeato!
