Yet again we come to that time of year when food, fellowship, family and friends are on the forefront of our minds. The fitness piece could very easily take a backseat. But not this year!!! Since 2020, we have been gathering for our traditional Thanksgiving Dinner Calorie Burn. And 2023 is not different!!
9 HIMs rolled out of bed to burn some early calories and get in 19 miles to start their Thanksgiving day!

All of us truly have so much to be thankful for in this day and age! After our disaster relief trip to Puerto Rico, my M and I have talked about this several times. Most of us have everything we need…the things we don’t have are more “wants” than “needs”.
Be grateful today and everyday for all that you have: Health, Family, Friends, Work, Faith, Transportation, Food, just to name a few!
