Burpee Train – Now we are ready!
THE THANG
With a Christmas tree sectioned off into 6 rows, we completed each row and increased reps as we went up the tree. All Exercises were O.Y.O. Some requiring a coupon, some in cadence and some single count. After each row, a lap of choice was completed (pavilion, bridge, block). As always, some tunes playing in the background. Kardashian took the FNG’s and showed them the way. The trunk of the tree was covered till the end. This seemed to be a new one for the PAX and we completed as a group. • 1st row of 6 exercises. Each 10ct – Block Burpees, American Hammers (Cadence), Snow Angels (Cadence), Plank Jacks (Cadence), Lung w/Block (each leg), Mike Tysons. Run a lap of choice.
• 2nd row of 5 exercises. Each 15ct – Carolina Dry Docks (Cadence), Seal Jacks (Cadence), Kettlebell Swings, V-Ups (block optional), Donkey Kicks. Run a lap of choice.
• 3rd row of 4 exercises. Each 20ct – Merkins (Cadence), Low Slow Squats (w/block), Bobby Hurleys, Overhead press (w/block). Run a lap of choice.
• 4th row of 3 exercises. Each 25ct – Curls, Box Cutters (Cadence), Squat Jumps. Run a lap of choice.
• 5th row of 2 exercises. Each 30ct – S.S.H (Cadence), Rows. Run a lap of choice.
• 6th row of 1 exercise. Each 50ct – L.B.C.’s (Cadence). Run a lap of choice.
• Trunk of Tree – Back to C.O.T for Jack Webb’s as a group. Completed to 10 (55 Merkins and 220 Overhead claps/presses).
