A Frisbee Golf kind of morning

8 HIM decided a nice 30 degree morning was ideal to throw a frisbee around and put in some work. They did not realize how bad they were, but it started to show quick. Finished 7 over in 5 holes.

THE THANG
7 holes lined out throughout the A0. A exercise was listed on the Tee Box for the drive. Second throw was always (10) Merkins in cadence. Third throw as always (15) Sweat Angels in cadence. Fourth was (20) LBC’s in cadence. Fifth was (25) Squats in single count. 6th was (30) Overhead Claps in single count. Yes we had a 6. Whoever was up to throw, led us in the cadence.

Out of bounds was 5 Burpees. We did a lot of Burpees. Plus had a 4 minute Burpee train show up.

Goal was to stay together as group, get everyone involved in cadence and have some fun.

• Hole 1 (Par 4) – Left side of Pavilion. Started with (40) SSH in cadence to get off the box. Ended up with a Bogey + 2 out of bounds throws. Bear Crawl to next tee box. Rough start..
• Hole 2 (Par 4) – Right side of Pavilion and over the RR tracks. Started with (20) dips in cadence to get off the box. Ended with Double Bogey + 1 out of bounds. Bernie to next Tee box.
• Hole 3 (Par 3) – Around back of Wild Wings. Started with (15) Curb Alberts in cadence to get off the box. Ended with another Double Bogey + 1 out of bounds. Here is where the never ending burpee train also decided to show up.
• Hole 4 – (Par 4) – Half of park. Tight with close out of bounds with the intention of keeping frisbee out of the creek. Started with (30) Box cutters in cadence to get off the box and ended with a Bogey + 1 out of bounds. Butt Kickers to next Tee box.
• Hole 5 – (Par 3) The other half of the park but even tighter fairway, with several light poles in the way. Started with (20) American Hammers and we finished with a Bogey and zero out of bounds. Best hole of the morning. 2 more were set up, but no time. Mosey back to COT.
