On this mid 30’s February morn 4 pax arrived to the AO to kick off the new AOQ format of the Arrowhead Triumvirate that is YHC, Jake and Gutterball.

THE THANG
With the new year brings a new AOQ. This year, however, Arrowhead is splitting duties amongst 3 of our finest…or available. Given that, YHC decided to celebrate famous threesomes of the past.
thang 1: Roman triumvirate of Octavian, Mark Antony, and Marcus Lepidus which ruled from 43-33 BC: 3 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 underdogs and 20 curls.
Thang 2: Blondie, Angel Eyes, & Tuco best known as The Good The Bad and The Ugly of 1966. 3 rounds of 5/side split squats (G you’d like these), 15 squats and 20 KBS with a mosey to the fire hydrant in between.
Thang 3: Lucky Day, Dusty Bottoms, and Ned Nederlander. And if you don’t know who they are I have no time for you. 3 rounds 20 mtn climbers, 20 wide and 20 in/outs with a mosey to light pole in between.
