Mosey to Tombstone Hill for first part of ALARM workout.  x 20 then decrease by 2 each round

• Arms- Block Curls • Legs- Squats • Abs- LBC’s • Run to top of the hill • Merkins

Mosey to amphitheater for second part of ALARM workout x 20 then decrease by 2 each time

• Arms- Dips • Legs- Step-ups • Abs- Dollys • Run a stair lap or bridge lap • Merkins- (decline, incline, or standard)
