Champions Beat Down

5 HIM came out to see what the morning will bring. YHC was out of country last week and felt that a proper celebration was needed for the Vols Baseball National Championship. Even though both teams scored 15 runs each total in those 3 games, TN won 2 out of 3 to bring it home. To celebrate the runs, 15 reps was a constant. To celebrate the 2 games, (2) Burpees was a constant. GBO!

The word CHAMPIONS was spelled out in individual letters randomly around the figure 8 of Founders Park with the goal to find each letter in order.

• Mosey to find the letter needed – Do 15 Squats, 15 merkins, 15 LBC’s • Any time you pass by a letter not currently needed, do 2 Burpees • Additional stations placed randomly throughout with 15 reps of (SSH, V-Ups, Step Ups, Dips, Hillbilly Walkers, Carolina Dry Docks, Box Cutters) to do anytime passed on the way to find another letter. • Crossing a bridge required Bear Crawl or Lunge Walk.
