4 Range Regulars and one pax new to Iron Horse along with Sugar filled out the Pax this morning. We were welcomed by 70 degrees and 96% humidity.

Mosey to the bottom of Tombstone Hill for a round of cards. Deck included 2-Ace with Jokers.

• Hearts 2-Queen (Merkins) Jack and Queen were 15 reps each • Diamonds 2-Queen (Lunges, LR = 1) Jack and Queen 15 reps each • Clubs 2-Queen (BBSU) Jack and Queen 15 reps each • Spades 2-Queen (Jump Squats) Jack and Queen 15 reps each • All Kings and Aces are a trip up and down Tombstone Hill • Jokers are a lap up Tombstone around Wild Wings and back. Both Jokers were played!

Did not finish the deck: Had Queen and Jack of Hearts, Queen of Diamonds, one King, and some number cards left.

Pax Choice, each Pax picked an exercise for 10 reps. Fabio – squats, Gold Dust – Flutter Kicks, Sugar – Dying Cockroach, Jar Jar – Heels to Heaven IC, Shortcake – BBSU, Lite Brite 5 Burpees with a plank hold til time’s up.
