10 PAX came to pay tribute to Swingline who will be leaving Johnson City next week.  YHC went digging deep into the backblast vault to uncover his VQ at Ironhorse back in October 2017.

THE THANG

Bear crawl ring of fire – Bear crawl in a circle for two laps then one PAX performed 10 merkins while all other pax planked until everyone had completed merkins.

Mosey down the field to the benches.  Partner up on the side of the field. Partner 1 starts with AMRAP of each exercise while partner 2 runs across field, performs 5 burpees and runs back. Flap jack.  Exercises were LBCs, Lunges, Flutter Kicks, Carolina Dry Docks, and Dips. Rinse and repeat x 3.

Mosey back for bear crawl ring of fire 0.5 (1 lap and 5 merkins).  Al Gore until time.

Swingline was the AOQ at Ironhorse when YHC first posted as a FNG.  He truly exemplifies a HIM and will be missed when he moves next week.
