THE THANG
Today was a classic tabata timer workout: 1 minute AMRAP exercise intervals with 10 second rest in between before moving to the next exercise. 8 exercises. 4 rounds. Lots of sweat. (We knew it was going to be bad when the first song that came up was “Death of Me”. A little mumble-chatter when that happened.)

With the timer running, you realize there’s only so much time in the world. If you slow down enough to think about it yes, that’s the one commodity that every person in the entire world shares equal portions. No one has any more or any less than the person next to you. We all have 60 seconds in a minute. 60 minutes in an hour. 24 hours in a day. 7 days a week. How we use our minutes/hours/days is up to us. Are we going make the most of them? Are we going to work the best we can? Are we going to love our families the best we can? Don’t miss the moments we have, for once it’s gone, you can’t take it back. But, you can do..BE better in that next moment.
