2 Pax showed up (YHC was 1 minute tardy to find Candyland engaged in some SSHs) on a warm Saturday morning and focused on arms and shoulders while enjoying an epic sunrise. While it was just the 2 of us, we encouraged one another and put in more work than we likely would have done on our own. Strong work, Candyland!

We ran a lap and stopped at each park bench area to do 10 Merkins and 10 Dips.
THE THANG
3 Sets of the following:
5 Burpees
10 KBS
15 OHP
20 Rows
25 Curls
After 3 sets of each exercise, run a lap and do: 25 Flutter kicks, 25 American Hammers and 25 LBCs
Rinse and repeat…
