Side straddle hop to 31 just to get everyone scared that we may not stop anytime soon, followed by some stretching.

Basic Circuit- take a run around the block stopping at each corner and completing the following exercises.  Start with 10 reps and add one for each lap completed.

• Dips & Squats • Mike Tysons & BB Sit-ups • Lunges and American Hammers

Most finished 5 rounds.  2+ miles & 225 different movements.  I call that 45 minutes well spent.
