The Pax made short order of the warm up so they could ensure time was allotted to complete the entire routine.

ACT OF DESCENTION

For the next 3 sets of Exercises the PAX will start at 10 Reps, complete the set, and then mosey to the Top of Tombstone Hill. Return to the bottom and the complete 9 Reps… and so on until completing 1 rep.

We were approx. 3/4 of the way through the routine when one member of the PAX noticed no one had provided any mumblechatter. Not a single word. Why you should ask? The PAX was putting in the work… they killed it. Hats off to those that completed the entire routine.
